Ed gives individual lessons by appointment in person in Frome, (79 Nunney Road, BA11 4LF) and online via Zoom. He also sees clients in Bath, at the New Oriel Hall in Larkhall.
Group classes are on Mondays 9.30am (Cheese and Grain), and Thursdays 5.30pm (79 Nunney Road). They are both in-person, and online.
FREE Frome Event, THURSDAY 7TH MAY for International Feldenkrais Week
Ed, Jackie Adkins and Heather Stone are giving one-to-one taster sessions in the morning, and then teaching three group classes in the afternoon. The event celebrates the birthday of Feldenkrais, and we’ll be Unpacking Posture. As in previous years it’s taking place at RISE in the heart of Frome. Entry is by donation, but please book in advance.

To book a session, email ed@feldenkraissomerset.com or call 07969 748974. These one hour lessons cost £65 in Frome, and £80 in Bath ( £40/£50 for under 16’s.) For adults the first session may last up to ninety minutes, and children’s sessions may be a bit shorter than an hour. Concession rates are sometimes available for Fromies – please ask if required.
All classes are in-person in Frome (Cheese and Grain on Mondays, 79 Nunney Road BA11 4LF on Thurdays), and online at the same time. Participants are welcome to join at any point, but the classes are delivered on a six week cycle to a particular theme (with breaks in school half terms and holidays.) Classes cost £60 for a five or six session block respectively. Drop-in is £12/session. If you’re not able to attend in a week you can attend another day’s session that week if there is space, but otherwise payments are non-refundable. The lessons are recorded on zoom and you can have free access to these after the class.
